Thank you for accessing the Online Course Development Application. This application form is being replaced by new Etrieve forms, which will be available soon. The transition schedule is below.

High Quality (HQ) 2025 Timeline

• New Online Learning Etrieve Forms
• All faculty teaching online courses will submit Etrieve forms to make their HQ pathway selections (Use an EC or internal review).
• FT faculty will have access to the forms in mid-January.
• PT faculty will start submitting forms in late March.
• One form per online course.
• Etrieve forms automatically pull in online training completion dates, so please complete the training (HCC Canvas Assistance Center, Intro to Accessibility, and Copyright) before submitting the forms.
